Need a gift for the Coach?  Can't come up with a great idea for your favorite teacher?  Coronado Currency is the answer.  Coronado MainStreet sponsors a gift certificate/scrip program just in time for your gift giving needs. This year-round "Shop Coronado" program, started in fall of 1999, has resulted in over $100,000 shopping dollars staying in Coronado - not in San Diego or at one of the military bases.

 

This is a dollar for dollar program. Gift givers purchase the certificates and use them like cash at Coronado merchants. Click here for a list of participating merchants. The merchants turn around and redeem them for cash from Coronado MainStreet. Coronado MainStreet makes no money on this program - it is part of our mission and commitment to keep shopping dollars supporting our local business district. A win-win!

 

The certificates are available in $5 and $20 denominations and are accepted at almost all stores in Coronado. The gift certificates are attractive and come in an envelope for easy giving.Coronado Currency is available at the following Coronado locations:
